ABOUT ME
Hi there! My name is Nicky and I am 22 years old. I have half-German, half-South African heritage, and I am 6' 5" tall (No, I don't play basketball). I've traveled many places, starting in South Africa, moving to England, Germany, Canada, Panama, and then back to Canada. Where am I truly from? Hard to say, but let's just say I am a citizen of the world. I speak four languages and am a firm believer in knowing the right people because there is very little that supersedes the true, raw influence that connections has had in my life. But that's only the tip of the proverbial iceberg.
After finishing my education, I came to the realization that contrary to popular belief, I wasn't prepared for what life would have in-store. Other than receiving a $40,000 piece of paper with my name on it, I felt like I had become an expert in the field of memorization and regurgitation but not in things that would truly matter to my life in the long-run, such as family, relationships, marriage, and my career.
I made the decision at an early age, to ascend the ladder leaning towards entrepreneurship - being in control of your circumstances and not having to rely on something that may or may not be. At the age of 17 while still at school and working 3 jobs, I founded the Forum Enterprises - a life coaching and mentoring company that would help those who felt as lost as I did about their career path, and move towards discovering their true purpose. With the help of my business partner and spouse, Sabrina, we have succeeded in developing an extensive network of highly-motivated and positively-minded entrepreneurs, that spans the greater North American market. Through mentorship and an insatiable desire to learn and grow, our vision is to one day have educational institutes worldwide, that are focused on delivering the soft-skills and expertise that society and more importantly, our youth, so desperately needs but is unfortunately lacking.
